Responsibilities

- Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end modernization of legacy applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation strategies.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to define program objectives and deliverables.

- Project Coordination: Oversee multiple interrelated projects, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

- Budget Oversight: Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.

Skills And Qualifications

- Proven experience in managing large-scale application modernization or digital transformation programs.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in program management tools and frameworks.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
