Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Product Management team. The candidate will support and own product initiatives across discovery, documentation, execution, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should have relevant exposure to product management, business analysis, or technology product delivery, along with strong analytical thinking, clear documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer problems, business requirements, user workflows, and product use cases across BeFiSc products.

Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify product improvement opportunities.

Prepare and maintain product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow notes, release notes, and product briefs.

Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to clarify requirements, resolve queries, and support timely product delivery.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, testing, release planning, and post-release feedback tracking.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Business teams to gather inputs and address product-related requirements.

Monitor product usage, customer feedback, operational inputs, and relevant metrics to identify areas of improvement.

Support product roadmap execution by tracking priorities, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

Contribute to process improvement by improving documentation quality, product workflows, and internal coordination practices.

Required Skills

Robust understanding of product management fundamentals, user journeys, workflows, and requirement gathering.

Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking abilities.





Comfort working with Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, and Customer Success teams.

Basic understanding of APIs, dashboards, data products, analytics, or technology platforms.

Comfort with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Miro, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar product and productivity tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Economics, Finance, Computer Applications, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, Technology Consulting, or a similar product-focused role.

Relevant experience in product documentation, requirement gathering, product coordination, user research, or product delivery.

Strong knowledge of product workflows, business requirements, documentation practices, and stakeholder coordination.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, timelines, and priorities effectively.

Preferred or Good to Have

Experience in FinTech, BFSI, Insurance, Digital Lending, Digital Commerce, SaaS, or technology products.

Understanding of APIs, system integrations, dashboards, data analytics, risk products, or financial data workflows.

Exposure to Account Aggregator, Open Finance, lending, underwriting, fraud detection, or customer onboarding use cases.

Experience using SQL, Excel, BI tools, Postman, Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar tools.

Relevant certifications or additional learning in Product Management, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Finance, or Technology.

Experience working in a startup or growing technology organization.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
