Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Associate with strong Recruitment & Talent Acquisition experience, along with exposure to Employee Engagement and Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining follow-up.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, walk-ins, and other channels.

- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to close positions within timelines.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor key metrics such as pipeline, offers, and joining ratios.

- Support employee engagement activities, events, surveys, and internal initiatives.

- Coordinate new employee onboarding, documentation, HR induction, and pre-joining activities.

- Maintain employee/HR records and support day-to-day HR activities and initiatives.

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of HR experience with strong recruitment exposure.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR/recruitment tools.

- Proactive, people-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
