About the Role:
HCLTech TSS is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR professional to join our team as an Associate Consultant - HR. The role will primarily focus on cohort and resource management, stakeholder coordination, workforce optimization, and demand planning to ensure effective talent utilization across business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive effective utilization of employee cohorts through demand mapping and proactive stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams and location SPOCs to align resource deployment with business requirements.
- Support workforce planning initiatives by optimizing resource allocation across locations and projects.
- Monitor resource utilization and recommend actionable insights for improvement.
- Facilitate project rotations and mobility initiatives to maximize talent deployment and business efficiency.
- Maintain strong coordination with internal stakeholders to support workforce management objectives.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Solid experience in Resource Management and workforce planning.
- Knowledge of Cadre/Career Management processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and database management with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR domain.
- Experience in resource deployment, talent utilization, workforce planning, or employee lifecycle management will be preferred.
- Exposure to large-scale organizational workforce management practices is an advantage.
