About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented qualified to lead our international business expansion for White Oils, Transformer Oils, Petroleum Jelly, Lubricants, AdBlue®, and Specialty Petrochemicals.

The incumbent will be responsible for driving export growth, developing strategic global partnerships, strengthening brand presence across international markets, and delivering profitable business growth.

- Industry Focus: Lubricants, AdBlue®, White Oils, Transformer Oils, Petroleum Jelly, & Specialty Petrochemicals.

Core Mandate:

- Lead global market expansion across 90+ countries (Asia, Africa, Europe, Middle East, LATAM, Oceania).
- Deliver P&L; targets with export turnover.

3.Drive brand positioning (e.g., Velvex®) across Cosmetics, Pharma, Food, Plastics, Automotive, Electrical, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors.

4.Manage international distribution networks, contract negotiations, product registrations, and trade compliance.

Target Candidate Profile: 10–15+ years of techno-commercial leadership experience in specialty oils/lubricants exports with a background in Chemical/Petroleum Engineering.
