Assistant to the Director of Programs – Intern
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Working Days: Monday to Friday

About EPS
EPS is an organization working at the intersection of Psychology and Quantum Consciousness, with a focus on developing and delivering programs, workshops, collaborations, and learning initiatives in these areas.
Through its workshops, academy programs, collaborations, and other initiatives, EPS aims to create structured learning and experiential opportunities that explore human behaviour, consciousness, personal development, and related areas.
Role Overview The Assistant to the Director of Programs will provide coordination, administrative, and execution support across EPS’s programs and initiatives. The role will involve working closely with the Director of Programs and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective execution of workshops, collaborations, academy programs, events, and related activities.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of workshops, collaborations, academy programs, events, and other organizational initiatives.
- Maintain program trackers, timelines, schedules, and action plans.
- Monitor progress against timelines and follow up on outstanding actions and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, collaborators, participants, and other stakeholders.
- Support scheduling, logistics, documentation,
and other program-related activities.
- Assist with in office coordination and execution of workshops and events.
Executive Support
- Provide day-to-day coordination support to the Director of Programs.
- Maintain calendars, schedules, meeting agendas, and action items.
- Document key discussions, decisions, and follow-up actions from meetings.
- Track priorities and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as required.
- Escalate delays, dependencies, and issues requiring attention.
Communications & Social Media
- Support EPS’s social media activities across LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Coordinate content calendars and posting schedules.
- Follow up on content, creatives, approvals, and publishing requirements.
- Support communication and coordination with external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records of communications and program-related information.
Operational Support
- Assist with administrative and operational requirements associated with ongoing programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation and records.
- Support cross-functional coordination across multiple ongoing initiatives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities related to program operations as required.
Qualifications
- Students pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree are eligible to apply.
- Recent graduates may also apply.
- Applicants from Arts, Commerce, Business, Management, Psychology and Quantum Consciousness, Social Sciences, or other academic disciplines are welcome.
- No specific academic specialization is mandatory.
- Prior internship or work experience is not required.
Preferred Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Strong follow-up and coordination capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional approach to communication and stakeholder management.
- Interest in Psychology and Quantum Consciousness is desirable.
Work Arrangement The position follows a hybrid working model:
- 3 days per week: Office-based at Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru
- 2 days per week: Remote
- Saturday and Sunday: Weekly off
Reporting Reports to: Director of Programs
Internship Scope
- The role provides practical exposure to program coordination, project execution, stakeholder management, communications, events, and organizational operations within an organization working across Psychology and Quantum Consciousness. The intern will work directly with the Director of Programs and contribute to the execution of active organizational initiatives.
