We're Hiring | Assistant Manager - Training (International BFSI)

Location: Malad

Shift: Rotational shifts (24-hour window)

Working days: 5 days a week | 2 rotational week-offs

CTC: up to 7.00 LPA

Required Qualifications:

Education: Mandatory Graduate degree

Experience:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Capability Development roles.
- Experience within International BFSI, Credit Bureau, Financial Services, Banking, Lending, Collections BPO environments is mandatory.
- Prior experience managing trainers, coaches, or learning teams is highly preferred.
