About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across platforms, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

? Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google & Meta

? Monitor CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS; A/B test creatives and audiences

? Deliver performance reports with actionable insights (GA, AppsFlyer, Meta Insights)

? Collaborate with creative, product, and category teams





? Stay updated on industry trends and platform best practices

Requirements:

✅ 2–5 years in performance marketing (Google & Meta)

✅ Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer/Branch

✅ Strong analytical and optimization skills

✅ Affiliate/partnership experience is a plus

✅ Strong stakeholder management in a rapid-paced environment
