We are looking for suitable candidates for the following positions:

Deputy Manager

Qualification: CA | Experience: 2–3 years (Post Qualification)

Key Responsibilities

- Review financial statements, financial/operational data and ensure Ind AS compliance

Independently manage Tax Audit, Income Tax, TDS returns accurately
- Review of Form 145 (Form 15CA/15CB) and sound knowledge of foreign remittances and NRI taxation
- Review of Form 168 (Form 26AS) reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Provide insights into financial trends and coordinate with statutory/internal auditors
- Manage month/year-end closing, reconciliations and variance analysis

Assistant Manager

Qualification: CA/CMA Inter or equivalent | Experience: 2–3 years





Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as per Ind AS
- Preparation of Tax Audit requirements, Income Tax, TDS returns and Tax Audit requirements
- Assist with 15CA/15CB, knowledge of foreign remittances and NRI taxation
- Perform Form 168 (Form 26AS) reconciliation and support audit coordination
- Support tax payments, month-end closing and CSR compliance
