About the Role
We are looking for a creative and mission-driven marketing qualified to lead our digital outreach and engagement efforts. In this role, you will amplify the impact of our programs, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and help build communication capabilities across the non-profit sector.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Campaigns
- Plan and execute campaigns for events, participant mobilization, and fundraising
- Manage content calendars across platforms, including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Drive audience engagement and analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach
- Support partner non-profit organizations in developing and executing their social media strategies
Content & Storytelling
- Create impact stories, reports, blogs, newsletters, and website content
- Ensure consistency in messaging across channels and maintain website updates
Design & Visual Communication
- Develop brochures, posters, presentations, and infographics
- Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals
Video Creation
- Produce and edit short videos, training content, podcasts, testimonials, and interviews
- Collaborate with program teams to capture stories and insights from the field
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in communications or digital marketing (non-profit experience preferred)
- Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, along with video editing software
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and analytics
Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
