Responsibilities
Implementation of Zero Harm Culture:
- The Shift Incharge will promote a safety-first mindset, conducting safety training and monitoring compliance with protocols, addressing violations promptly.
Issuance of Material to Both Module Line and Cell Line:
- It involves overseeing the timely issuance of materials, maintaining organized records, and coordinating with production teams to ensure material availability.
Project Handling
- Collaboration with project teams is essential to understand material requirements and timelines, ensuring proper management throughout project phases and resolving any related issues.
Chemical Handling
- Ensure protected storage and handling of chemicals, provide training on procedures, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensuring Physical Verification Of Inventory For Internal/External Stock Audit
- Regular physical counts of inventory will be conducted to ensure accuracy, with records kept up-to-date for audits. Any discrepancies will be addressed promptly.
Providing Support To Internal Customers
- Acting as the primary contact for internal customers, the Shift Incharge will ensure timely material arrangements and gather feedback for process improvements.
Implementing Yearly Milestones Of Transformation Projects
- This involves leading efforts to achieve transformation project milestones, tracking progress, reporting to management, and addressing challenges effectively.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering (Industrial/Logistics).
- Desired: BE/B.Tech.
Work Experience (Range Of Years)
- Min 2-5 years in warehouse issuance and distribution. Experienced in order processing and inventory control.
