Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to hiring
- Drive lateral hiring for Sales & support functions
- Build and maintain a strong talent database
- Develop recruitment plans based on JDs and business requirements
- Partner with Hiring Managers/HODs
- Manage recruitment vendors
- Prepare and share recruitment trackers/reports
- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 recruiters
- Drive middle & senior-level hiring targets
Must Have
✅ Strong recruitment & team management experience
✅ Excellent Excel & PPT skills
✅ Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
