Role Description The Assistant role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, supporting daily core cutting and concrete service operations.

Responsibilities include assisting technicians with wall cutting, concrete drilling, and slab opening work, preparing tools and materials, and helping set up and clean job sites. The Assistant will support measurement and marking tasks, ensure basic safety procedures are followed, and help manage equipment storage and maintenance.



The role also involves coordinating with supervisors on job schedules, interacting professionally with clients on-site when needed, and keeping simple records of work completed and materials used.

Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of construction or concrete-related work and willingness to learn core cutting techniques.

- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting equipment, working on ladders, and standing for extended periods.

- Understanding of basic safety practices on construction sites and readiness to follow safety guidelines and use protective gear.

- Reliable, punctual, and organized, with the ability to follow instructions and support senior technicians effectively.

- Strong attention to detail for measurement, marking, and site preparation, with a focus on clean and accurate work.

- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact respectfully with customers on-site.

- Prior experience in construction, renovation, or related field is an advantage but not mandatory.

- High school education or equivalent; technical training in construction or civil work is a plus.
