DENZ FINANCE PVT LTD IS HIRING ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGERS

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations.
- Assist in achieving branch sales and business targets.
- Supervise and guide branch staff and field activities.
- Handle customer queries and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Monitor loan applications, documentation, and collections.
- Ensure proper KYC and compliance with company policies.
- Track daily performance and operational activities.
- Prepare and submit required branch reports to management.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

- Degree or diploma is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of loan operations, collections, and customer handling.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Target-oriented and good problem-solving skills.

Locations:

Kesavadasapuram,Attingal,Sasthamangalam

Working Hours:

9.30 AM To 5.30 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
