Role Description The Artist Management Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing day-to-day relationships with artists, coordinating schedules, bookings, and project deliverables, and ensuring clear communication between artists, clients, and internal teams. The Executive will support contract and fee negotiations, oversee logistical arrangements for events and activations, and track project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities include contributing to entertainment curation, identifying collaboration opportunities, assisting with promotional activities, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role requires proactive stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving setting.

Qualifications





- Experience in artist management, talent coordination, or entertainment project management, ideally within music, performance, or creative industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with artists and clients.
- Proven organizational and administrative abilities, including scheduling, documentation, contract support, and basic budgeting or reporting.
- Familiarity with entertainment curation, event planning, or creative production processes, and comfort working in dynamic, live-event environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); experience with project management tools is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Arts Management, Media, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated interest in contemporary culture, entertainment, and creative industries; experience working with diverse stakeholders is an advantage.
