Bonitaa Skin & Hair Care is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee sales performance across multiple clinics. The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue, improving patient conversions, monitoring branch-level sales performance, and supporting clinic teams in achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor sales performance across multiple Bonitaa clinics.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets across the assigned branches.
- Monitor branch-wise enquiries, consultations, conversions, bookings, package sales, and collections.
- Conduct regular branch visits to review sales performance and team activities.
- Guide and motivate Branch Managers and clinic teams to improve sales and conversion performance.
- Monitor lead follow-ups and ensure effective conversion of enquiries and consultations.
- Identify gaps in branch performance and implement appropriate sales improvement strategies.
- Review daily and weekly sales reports and provide performance updates to senior management.
- Analyse branch-wise performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with branch teams and set action plans for underperforming branches.
- Ensure effective implementation of approved offers,



packages, pricing, and sales processes.
- Handle important customer escalations and support branches in resolving sales-related issues.
- Train and coach branch teams on sales techniques, lead follow-up, conversion, and customer relationship management.
- Ensure all sales activities are carried out according to company policies and clinic SOPs.
- Travel between assigned branches as required.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or multi-unit operations.
- Experience managing multiple branches/clinics is preferred.
- Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, skin & hair care, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, counselling, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Proven ability to manage targets and performance across multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel between branches.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage branch-level teams.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
