Role Description This is a full-time, in office Branch Manager role based in Surat.

The Branch

Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including managing staff, monitoring cash flow, supervising loan processing, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The role includes achieving branch business targets, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting RKPF’s products and services within the local market.

and risk management guidelines while maintaining high standards of service quality. This role also involves coaching and mentoring team members, analyzing branch performance, and implementing process improvements to support growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in branch operations, team supervision, and workflow management to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning.
- Proficiency in sales, business development, and customer relationship management to drive branch growth and meet targets.
- Knowledge of NBFC or banking products, credit assessment, and basic risk management to support lending and financial services.
- Competence in data analysis, reporting, and use of financial software or ERP systems for performance tracking and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, teams, and stakeholders.
- Ability to make informed decisions, solve problems, and handle escalations while maintaining professional ethics and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in branch management or financial services is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Surat, with readiness to adapt in a fast-growing organization and align with RKPF’s values of trust and quality.
