Job Title: Tamil Voice Process - Health Insurance
Designation: Team leaders and Callers
Work Location: Kodambakkam
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Timing: 10AM - 6.30PM
Roles
Handle inbound/Outbound calls in Tamil.
Understand and resolve customer queries related to health insurance.
Explain policy advantages, coverage, renewals, claims and other insurance related information.
provide accurate information and maintain positive customer relationships.
Maintain proper call records and update customer information.
Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility
Should have atleast 5 months of experience in BPO/ Telecalling/ Customer support/insurance.
Customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of english is prefered.
