Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end accounting for UK clients
Prepare and review financial statements
Manage bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations
Work on VAT returns and UK taxation basics
Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations
Coordinate with clients for financial data and queries
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
3+ years of experience in UK accounting
Robust knowledge of UK accounting standards and VAT
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
Good communication skills (written & verbal)




Solid attention to detail and analytical mindset

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with UK-based clients or firms
Knowledge of payroll basics (UK) is an added advantage
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
