Solid understanding of P&C; insurance products, claims cycle, and customer servicing models.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities : Operational Support & Analysis:
Analyze service support functions including call center operations, claims support, and policy administration.
Track performance metrics such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handle Time (AHT), and SLA adherence across service teams.

P&C; Insurance Domain Expertise:
Apply deep knowledge of P&C; insurance processes—especially claims, underwriting, and customer servicing—to interpret performance trends and recommend enhancements.




Support compliance with regulatory standards and internal insurance servicing guidelines.

Process Improvement & Optimization:
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce service friction, and improve customer satisfaction (CSAT, NPS).
Conduct root cause analysis on service issues and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with operations, claims, underwriting, and IT teams to enhance service delivery and support systems integration efforts.
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to translate service needs into functional requirements.
