InStep Technologies is looking for a Telecaller / IT Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making cold calls, generating leads, and identifying potential clients for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
Generate and qualify leads through calling and other channels.
Understand client requirements and introduce relevant IT services.
Maintain and update lead and customer information.
Follow up with potential clients and schedule meetings.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain qualified communication with prospects.

Requirements
Valuable English communication and interpersonal skills.




Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Candidates with experience in IT sales, telecalling, or business development will be preferred.
