About the OpportunitySWAR 3D is a creative and growing 3D Architectural Visualization Company, working on high-quality architectural visualization, walkthroughs, renders, elevations, animations, and presentation projects.

We are looking for an Architectural Project Manager who can combine strong architectural understanding with project coordination and team management skills.

What We’re Looking ForWe are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in Architecture.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

- Understand architectural drawings, plans, elevations & design concepts
- Coordinate between clients, architects, designers and the internal 3D team
- Understand project requirements and communicate them clearly to the team
- Plan project timelines, priorities and deliverables
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate team tasks
- Communicate with clients and handle project requirements professionally
- Review project outputs and maintain quality standards
- Solve project-related issues and ensure smooth workflow from requirement to final delivery

Software KnowledgeKnowledge of architectural/design software will be an advantage:



AutoCAD | SketchUp | 3ds Max | Revit | Photoshop | Corona Renderer

Strong architectural knowledge and project coordination ability are more important than expertise in every software.

Candidate Profile

- Education: B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / relevant architectural background
- Relevant experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Visualization or Project Coordination
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and design workflow
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects
- Good leadership and problem-solving approach
- On-site position – Rajkot
