Company Description Space Story 360 is a creative studio based in Noida that designs and delivers public art, large-scale installations, mall and festive decor, hospitality artworks, brand activations, walk-through spaces, and custom spatial experiences across India. Founded by NID Ahmedabad-trained artist and designer Nehmat Mongia, the studio works at the intersection of art, design, craft, fabrication, and sustainability. The team partners with malls, hotels, brands, cultural festivals, public institutions, architects, and agencies to transform concepts into immersive spaces that people can experience and share.

Projects span concept development, design, 3D visualization, material planning, fabrication coordination, installation, and on-site delivery. Many installations use upcycled materials and Indian craft techniques, combining strong visual impact with responsible, community-focused execution.

Role Description

Educational Qualification

B.Arch - Bachelor of Architecture preferred

M.Arch / Interior Architecture / Exhibition or Spatial Design is an advantage

2-4 years of relevant professional experience

Experience with museums, exhibitions, hospitality, retail, interiors or complex spatial projects preferred

Key responsibilities

- The candidate must be capable of independently converting a concept into a complete, execution-ready architectural package. Detailed architectural drawings

Plans, elevations and sections.
- The architect should understand how to technically develop spaces, like Museum galleries, Exhibition environments, Interactive spaces, Sculptural installations.
- The candidate should also be strong in creating high-quality realistic 3D renders, not just technical drawings.

Preferred software knowledge

AutoCAD - Advanced

SketchUp / Rhino / 3ds Max - strong proficiency

Enscape / Lumion / V-Ray / Corona - rendering

Photoshop - presentation and post-production

Revit / BIM - major advantage The Architect role at Space Story 360 is a full-time, in office position based in Noida, India. This role involves leading architectural design for immersive spaces and installations, including concept development, schematic layouts, detailed drawings, and material specifications. The Architect will collaborate closely with designers, fabricators, and project managers to translate creative concepts into buildable solutions, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetic integrity.

Day-to-day work includes coordinating with vendors, reviewing structural and fabrication details, conducting site visits, and overseeing on-ground execution and quality. The role also requires managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and contributing to sustainable and craft-integrated design approaches.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop buildable concepts for installations and experiential spaces.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, and handling schedules and budgets.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts where relevant to interactive or technology-enabled installations.
- Proficiency in architectural and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or similar) and 3D visualization software.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular site visits, and supervise installation and fabrication activities.
- Understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and basic structural considerations, preferably with experience in public or commercial spaces.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and an interest in sustainable design and craft-based practices.
