We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager – Operations to drive end-to-end branch operations and ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day branch and ground operations
- Lead, mentor and monitor supervisors, operators and field teams
- Drive SLA, KPI, productivity and service-quality targets
- Manage customer/client escalations and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee inventory, vendors, logistics and resource utilization
- Drive process improvements and cost optimization
- Ensure quality, safety and compliance standards
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards and operational scorecards
- Support customer retention and account growth through operational excellence
