Language Requirement

Minimum B2 Level Proficiency in Arabic (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking)

Key Responsibilities

- Audit and review Arabic language conversations, content, transcripts, and communications.
- Evaluate quality, accuracy, and compliance with client guidelines and standards.
- Identify grammatical, linguistic, translation, and communication errors.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve quality performance.
- Prepare audit reports and maintain quality scorecards and trackers.
- Analyze trends and identify recurring quality issues and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks, SLAs, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and training teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Escalate critical quality concerns and process deviations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Auditing, Content Review, Translation, Localization, Customer Support, or related operations.
- Minimum B2 level proficiency in Arabic.
- Strong Arabic reading, writing, listening, and comprehension skills.




- Good command of English for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic Language Certification (B2 or above).
- Experience in BPO/KPO or global operations environments.
- Prior exposure to quality monitoring and reporting processes.
