- Assist in preparing architectural plans, layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Support the senior architects in developing residential and real estate project designs.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other architectural/design software.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project teams to ensure design requirements are met.
- Assist in preparing 2D/3D drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits and understand site conditions and project requirements.
- Ensure drawings and designs comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Make revisions to drawings based on project requirements and feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, plans, and project-related records.
Desired Skills:
- B.Arch / Diploma or relevant qualification in Architecture.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software.
- Good understanding of architectural design and drafting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on real-world projects.
- Freshers with a strong interest in residential and real estate projects are encouraged to apply.
