Position: International Voice Process - AR Calling

Experience: Fresher

Eligibility: Any Graduate (including candidates with backlogs) / Diploma holders with excellent communication skills

Location: Tidel Park, Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift: Complete Night Shift (US Timings)

Job Responsibilities:

· Analyze patient accounts and determine the appropriate course of action.

· Complete necessary actions and recommend follow-up activities.

· Contact US insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians to follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.

· Prioritize pending claims from the aging basket for follow-up.

· Verify and clarify insurance information provided by patients when required.

· Escalate challenging collection scenarios to management in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.





· Positive attitude and high energy levels.

· Strong team collaboration skills.

· Flexibility to work in night shifts.
