Role Description The Appointment Setter is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves contacting prospective and existing clients, introducing Plus91’s services, and setting up appointments for the sales or account management team.

The Appointment

Setter will manage appointment scheduling calendars, follow up on leads from various marketing channels, and maintain accurate records of interactions and confirmed meetings. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and ensuring a smooth handover to the relevant team members.



The role also requires collaborating with colleagues to optimize lead generation efforts and support a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, with the ability to manage calendars and coordinate meeting times efficiently.
- Experience in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and following up through phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present services clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience for all contacts.
- Comfort using CRM or lead management tools, basic computer literacy, and familiarity with phone and online communication systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage high call volumes, and meet appointment-setting targets.
- Prior experience in sales support, telecalling, or a similar client-facing role is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in marketing, communications, or business is a plus.
