As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. You will engage in energetic problem-solving activities, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of critical applications.

Your role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and collaborating with different teams to maintain optimal system performance and availability throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.




- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of improvement.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of incident management and problem resolution processes within IT service management platforms.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze system logs and diagnose issues affecting application performance.
- Familiarity with integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
