Role Description The AI Video Editor will work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area in a full time capacity, collaborating closely with product, design, and content teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing video content using AI-assisted tools, assembling raw footage into polished narratives, and optimizing videos for various digital platforms. The role involves applying color grading, motion graphics, and graphic elements to enhance visual quality and storytelling.

The AI Video Editor will also experiment with AI workflows for asset generation, maintain organized project files,



and ensure timely delivery of video projects aligned with brand and product guidelines. Collaboration, feedback integration, and continuous learning of emerging AI and video technologies are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production and video editing, with experience turning raw footage into cohesive, high-quality content.
- Proficiency in video color grading to maintain consistent visual tone and enhance overall image quality.
- Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and graphics to support storytelling and user engagement.
- Familiarity with AI-based video tools and workflows; comfort experimenting with new creative technologies.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or equivalents).
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital-first content and social media formats.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, animation, or a related field is beneficial; a portfolio or showreel showcasing video work is required.
