Role Description These are full-time, on-site roles for a) AI/ML Solution Architects, b)Program/Product Managers, c)Data Scientists/Engineers, d)AI/ML Leads or Engineers, e)MLOps Engineers, f)AI QA professionals, and g) Business Analysts.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing AI/ML architectures, developing and deploying models, and integrating solutions into existing systems and products. Team members will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs, plan and manage project execution, and ensure quality, scalability, and performance of AI solutions. Daily tasks involve data exploration, model training and evaluation, pipeline automation, documentation,



and coordination with engineering and product teams.

The role also includes monitoring production systems, refining models based on feedback, and contributing to best practices and standards for AI/ML delivery.

Qualifications

- Robust Architecture and Architectural Design skills to define scalable AI/ML and software system blueprints.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration to build, test, and connect AI components with existing applications and services.
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver AI/ML initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Experience with data science or machine learning tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and modern MLOps practices.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for deploying and maintaining AI workloads.
- Background in software or computer engineering, computer science, data science, or a related technical field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with testing and quality assurance for AI systems, including model validation, performance monitoring, and governance, is highly beneficial.
