We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI initiatives. The role will be responsible for planning, execution, resource management, stakeholder communication, risk management, and ensuring successful delivery of AI solutions within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI projects.
- Develop project plans, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software developers, DevOps, QA, and architects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Establish delivery processes, governance, reporting, and project controls.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
- Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed technical, business, security, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate AI model development, evaluation, deployment, integration, and production rollout.
- Manage resource allocation and ensure teams have the required skills and capacity.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate UAT, production releases, implementation, and post-production support.
- Work with architecture and engineering teams to resolve technical and delivery challenges.




- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and delivery optimization.
- Support client relationships, escalations, executive communication, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in IT project/program delivery, with experience managing AI/ML or technology projects.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, cloud technologies, and enterprise application development.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong project planning, risk management, resource management, and delivery governance skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder and client management experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Protected, or equivalent certification.
- Experience delivering enterprise GenAI/LLM implementations.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, AI governance, and responsible AI.
- Experience working with distributed/global delivery teams.
