AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI/LLMs, and AI application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications.
- Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning solutions.
- Develop AI applications using Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.
- Work with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG-based applications.
- Integrate AI models and third-party AI APIs into business applications.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Develop and maintain production-ready AI/ML pipelines.
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to business problems.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning.




- Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of NLP, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience with REST APIs and integrating AI services into applications.
- Good understanding of SQL and databases.
- Knowledge of Git and software development best practices.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience deploying AI models in production.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
