Role:
- Farmers se connect karke unki crop problems samajhna.
- Crop requirement ke according suitable agricultural products suggest karna.
- Farmers ko product perks aur proper usage ke baare mein explain karna.
- Customer follow-up aur relationship maintain karna.
- Leads ko sales mein convert karne mein support karna.
- Customer details aur follow-ups ko CRM mein update karna.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of crops, fertilizers, pesticides & diseases
- Learning attitude
- Farmer interaction aur sales mein interest
