- Operate and supervise one assigned adventure activity from our 70+ adventure activities.
- Ensure guest safety and follow all safety SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Brief guests clearly on safety instructions before the activity.
- Check and maintain activity equipment before and during operations.
- Monitor guest participation and provide assistance whenever required.
- Report any equipment issue, incident, or safety concern to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the activity area.
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and energetic guest experience.

- Candidates with Sports / Adventure / Fitness certification will be preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
