We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our Travel & Tourism team. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and generate travel-related leads.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tour packages.
Explain travel packages, pricing, hotels, and other travel services.
Handle customer queries and follow up with leads regularly.
Maintain customer records and update lead status.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for bookings.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets. Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Valuable knowledge of Hindi & English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer handling and follow-up skills.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior experience in Travel & Tourism, Telecalling or Sales will be preferred.
