Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily queries/requests from Customer Care Centre (CCC), Stores and stakeholders through email.
Manage Sales Order (SO) creation, order fulfilment and cancellation processes.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, hubs, stores, transporters and logistics teams.
Handle PO-related activities, including PO cancellation, exceptions, supplier orders and invoice matching.
Coordinate with suppliers for production rescheduling and ETA updates.
Manage and follow up on inventory, stock movement and warehouse activities.
Positive understanding of Inbound & Outbound Supply Chain processes and Cross-Docking.
Handle warehouse inventory and return-to-store activities.




Investigate and resolve system/order exceptions within defined TAT and quality standards.
Ensure business partner requirements are completed on time and with required quality.
Track and achieve team KPIs, TAT and productivity targets.
Coordinate with multiple departments/units to ensure smooth product flow.
