About the Role

Progenesis IVF is looking for a qualified and patient-focused BAMS/BHMS Doctor to join our Telemedicine team at our Thane Head Office.

The candidate will be responsible for providing telephonic/online medical consultations, understanding patient concerns, providing appropriate medical guidance, and coordinating with the relevant clinical team whenever required.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic/online consultations with patients.
Understand patient medical history, symptoms, and concerns.
Provide appropriate medical advice and guidance within the scope of practice.
Explain treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up requirements to patients.
Address patient queries related to fertility and reproductive healthcare as per company protocols.
Maintain accurate and updated patient consultation records.
Coordinate with consultants, specialists, and internal clinical teams when required.
Ensure a high standard of patient communication and experience.
Follow all company policies, clinical protocols, and documentation standards.
Maintain patient confidentiality and handle medical information responsibly.
Conduct follow-ups with patients as advised.





Eligibility Criteria
BAMS or BHMS degree is compulsory.
Valid registration with the relevant medical council.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good patient-handling and counselling skills.
Comfortable with telephonic/online consultations.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Freshers can also be considered.

Working Hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Monday to Saturday
