Job Title: Freelance Voice & Accent Trainer (US Process)

Location: Indore (In office/Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Voice & Accent Trainer to deliver Voice & Accent (V&A;) training for candidates working in US-based customer service and BPO processes. The trainer should have hands-on experience conducting V&A; training programs focused on neutralization, pronunciation, fluency, listening skills, and customer communication for the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for US process employees.
Assess candidates' communication skills and identify improvement areas.
Train participants on pronunciation, intonation, grammar, and conversational skills.
Provide feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
Monitor training effectiveness and share progress reports.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer for US processes.
Robust understanding of American accent, culture, and customer service communication.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Prior experience in BPO/Contact Center training is preferred.
Availability for freelance assignments in Indore.
