Key Responsibilities
Underwriting &
Policy Servicing Operations:

Manage, review, and process high-complexity insurance and reinsurance transactions, including end-to-end policy servicing (endorsements, renewals, cancellations, adjustments, and issuance) with high accuracy and within defined SLAs.
Complex Problem Solving: Analyse intricate underwriting and policy servicing issues, evaluate operational bottlenecks, and provide effective solutions using existing frameworks while managing process variations.
Team Guidance &
Leadership:

Provide informal guidance, mentorship, and operational support to junior underwriting and servicing staff; lead or support project-related activities and coordinate workflow across teams.
Data Interpretation &
Quality:

Interpret complex policy, risk, and endorsement data with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring strict adherence to quality compliance and contributing to continuous process improvements.
Stakeholder &
Client Management:

Communicate professionally and effectively (both verbally and in writing) with UK and local management,



handle client interactions, address queries, and escalate issues proactively when required.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant core experience in Insurance / Reinsurance Underwriting &
Policy Servicing

Domain Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of Insurance &
Reinsurance systems, policy lifecycle workflows, and administration platforms.
Analytical &
Decision-Making Skills:

Robust data interpretation skills coupled with mid-level decision-making ability and reasonable operational discretion.
Leadership Capability: Experience or robust aptitude in team guidance, peer mentoring, and handling project coordination (Band A - solves complex problems with limited management authority).
Communication &
Resilience:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-border stakeholder management, with the ability to articulate issues clearly, handle pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
