Key Responsibilities
Edit raw video into engaging short clips using punch-ins, speed ramps, and retention-focused cuts.
Design captivating visual hooks, agile transitions, and kinetic typography/captions.
Enhance videos with sound effects, trending audio, relevant memes, and strategic B-roll.
Track content performance and refine editing styles to maximize watch time and shares.

Requirements
Robust portfolio of short-form content (Reels/Shorts) edited for creators or founders.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects or CapCut is a plus).
Deep understanding of visual storytelling, audio design, and social media trends.
Quick turnaround time and an eye for pacing and framing.
