Key Responsibilities
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in and support customer audits.
Conduct QMS, Product, and Process Audits.
Prepare and maintain APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
Prepare and submit 8D reports within customer-defined timelines.
Analyze warranty-returned parts and identify root causes.
Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality improvement.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.

Technical Skills Required
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand basic GD&T.;
Knowledge of measurement instruments and inspection techniques.
Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans,



and 8D methodology.
Experience in Foundry, Machining, or Press Parts manufacturing processes.
Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
