Responsibilities
Engage with potential leads through phone calls and emails.
Provide detailed information about franchise sales processes.
Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and outcomes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field.
Proven experience in telesales or academic counseling.
Robust understanding of higher education programs and admission processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with prospective students.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
