- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Counsel students about courses, programs, fees, eligibility and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ requirements and guide them toward suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and prospective students regularly.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams for smooth admission processes.
- Build robust relationships with students and parents.
- Handle walk-in enquiries and provide complete course information.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Candidates with experience in the education, cosmetology, healthcare or training industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
