Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Financial Leadership & Branch Governance

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s expansion and manufacturing goals.
- Establish centralized financial control systems and standardized KPIs across all 6 branches.
- Partner with executive leadership on capital allocation, branch profitability analyses, and strategic investments.

2. Manufacturing & Cost Accounting

- Oversee factory cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing models, and variance analysis (materials, labor, overhead).
- Implement rigorous controls around raw material procurement, waste management, and landed cost tracking.
- Evaluate factory capacity utilization and machinery ROI to guide capital expenditure (CapEx) decisions.

3. Branch Operations & Financial Control

- Monitor and analyze individual branch P&L; performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue leakage.
- Streamline working capital management across branches, with focused oversight on inventory turnover and Accounts Receivable (AR) collections from designers, contractors, and retail clients.
- Standardize branch-level cash management, petty cash protocols, and local banking relationships.

4. Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Treasury

- Lead the annual budgeting process and produce consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage group cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and credit facilities.




- Oversee banking operations, debt financing, and relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and tax authorities.

5. Compliance, Tax & Governance

- Ensure strict adherence to local statutory regulations, tax filings (GST/VAT, corporate tax), and manufacturing compliance.
- Lead internal and external financial audits across headquarters and all branch offices.
- Implement robust internal control framework to prevent fraud and streamline inter-branch transfer pricing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
- Experience: 10 years of total finance experience, with at least 3–5 years leading a finance function in manufacturing, interior solutions, furniture production, or construction-adjacent sectors.
- Multi-Location Expertise: Proven track record of managing finances for multi-branch or multi-site manufacturing setups.
- Core Competencies: Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar MS Dynamics), cost accounting, working capital management, and statutory tax laws.
- Leadership: Solid team management, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
