About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic, and enterprising Accounts Intern / Accounts Executive to manage and support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the company. This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with relevant experience who are keen to grow in the field of accounting, taxation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain day-to-day business transactions including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and purchase orders

- Maintain and update bank accounts by posting daily transactions and performing reconciliations

- Maintain proper accounting records, documents, and statutory files

- Track, record, and review monthly expenses and maintain expense reports

- Prepare monthly GST data and assist in timely filings

- Preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual TDS and Income Tax returns

- Generate invoices and challans using company accounting software on a day-to-day basis

- Update accounts payable and perform vendor and ledger reconciliations

- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly MIS / financial reports

- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants,



and auditors as required

- Support other accounting and finance-related activities assigned by management

Eligibility & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com (Completed or Pursuing)

- Freshers can apply; candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the Accounts Executive role

- Basic to working knowledge of accounting principles

Required Skills & Qualities

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Primary requirement)

- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills

- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, banking, E-Invoice, and accounting-related terms

- Good command over MS Excel and MS Word

- Ability to keep documents and data well organized

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Willingness to work beyond regular hours or on weekends when workload demands
