About the role

Flable AI builds Orion, an AI-powered marketing analytics and execution platform for D2C brands. We're a small, fast-moving team, which means this role owns both our books and our people processes end to end. If you like variety and want visibility into how a startup actually runs, this is that seat.

What you'll own - Accounts

- Day-to-day bookkeeping in Zoho Books: recording transactions, bank reconciliation, expense categorisation
- Raising and following up on client invoices in Zoho Books; tracking receivables and payables
- Preparing GST-ready data - GSTR-1 and 3B workings, input credit reconciliation, coordination with our CA for filings
- TDS workings, vendor payments, and monthly closing support
- Maintaining clean, audit-ready financial records

What you'll own - HR

- End-to-end payroll processing on Zoho Payroll, including PF, ESI, and professional tax inputs
- Attendance and leave management
- Recruitment coordination: sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication, offer rollout




- Onboarding and exit formalities, documentation, and personnel records
- Employee engagement and day-to-day employee queries
- Helping build basic HR policies and processes as the team scales

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in accounts, HR, or a combined generalist role (startup experience is a plus)
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll (or a comparable stack — Tally, Keka, RazorpayX Payroll with willingness to move to Zoho)
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian payroll compliance
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Organised, discreet with confidential information, able to work without heavy supervision
- Good written and spoken English, and Kannada or Hindi
