Tagliér is looking for a driven and responsible Accountant who is genuinely passionate about accounts and finance. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow and continuously improve their skills, while taking ownership of the company’s day-to-day accounts and financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping.
- Proactively track payments, receivables, payables and outstanding balances.
- Record, monitor and report all company expenses.
- Prepare and maintain petty cash vouchers and supporting documentation.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), Proforma Invoices and final invoices.
- Handle bank reconciliations, purchase/sales entries and payment records.
- Support GST, TDS and other accounting compliances.
- Maintain proper vendor and customer ledgers.
- Regularly report expenses, payments, outstanding amounts and discrepancies to the owners.
- Proactively follow up on pending payments and financial documentation.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and integrity with company finances.
Who We're Looking ForSomeone who is sincere, proactive, financially curious and takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
You should have 2–3 years of accounting experience, working knowledge of Tally and Excel, and a solid desire to build your career in accounts and finance.
Most importantly, we value integrity, transparency and accountability. You should keep the owners accurately informed, raise concerns early and treat the company’s finances with responsibility.
