We're Hiring – Upbeat Expositions ?

We're growing! Upbeat Expositions is a pan-India exhibition stall design, fabrication, and brand activation company with 500 stalls delivered and 100 clients served. We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our finance and accounts function as we scale.

? Experience: 1 year

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, and bookkeeping
- Handle GST and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance
- Prepare and process invoices for clients and vendors
- Track and reconcile vendor and client payments
- Maintain accurate financial records for ongoing projects across verticals
- Support month-end closing and basic MIS/reporting as required
- Coordinate with the CA/auditor for statutory filings and audits

Skills & Requirements:

- Proficiency in Tally / Excel preferred
- Working knowledge of GST,



TDS, and standard invoicing practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendor/client accounts accurately and on time
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and comfortable with deadlines
