Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and data-entry activities at our plant. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in maintaining financial records, handling accounting entries, and supporting routine plant-level accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
- Perform accurate data entry of purchase, sales, expense, and payment transactions.
- Record invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and journal entries.
- Maintain cash and bank records and assist with bank reconciliation.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before accounting.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with the purchase, stores, production, and administration teams for accounting-related data.
- Prepare basic reports related to expenses, purchases, payments, and outstanding amounts.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting work as required.




- Ensure timely and accurate updating of accounting software/ERP.
- Support month-end closing and reconciliation activities.
- Perform other accounting and data-entry tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
- Robust data-entry and documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a plant/manufacturing environment.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in plant/manufacturing/company accounts will be preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounting data entry, and plant-level accounts operations are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
